This pertains to petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration (Rollo, pp. 232-239) filed via registered mail on July 29, 2013, seeking reversal of Our Decision (Rollo, pp. 225-231) dated June 28, 2013.
Respondent is deemed to have waived the filing of the Comment on the instant motion for its failure to file such pleading within the reglementary period.
After a perusal of the instant motion, We find that the arguments raised by the petitioner have already been carefully considered, evaluated and passed upon by this Court in the assailed Decision. Thus, there being no strong and cogent reason to disturb the assailed judgment, instant motion is hereby DENIED.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the instant motion is DENIED.
