PROCLAMATION NO. 544 DECLARING THE |
President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, President of the Philippines,
in Proclamation No. 544 dated January 29, 2004 has declared the period
of mourning over the death of former Vice President Salvador H. Laurel
from January 29, 2004 until the day of his funeral. Flags in the court
houses shall be flown at half-mast for a period of seven days from
January 29, 2004.
Strict compliance is hereby enjoined.
