SADANG, J.:

This resolves petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration, dated April 23, 2014, and private respondent ESPHIL, Inc.’s Motion for Partial Reconsideration, dated May 13, 2014 of our Decision, dated April 21, 2014, the dispositive portion of which reads:

WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The Resolutions pf the National Labor Relations Commission, dated February 15, 2011 and April 14, 2011, are AFFIRMED with MODIFICATION in that respondent ESPHIL, Inc. is ORDERED to pay petitioner Alexander Borromeo the amount of P30,000.00 as nominal damages.

Private respondent ESPHIL, Inc. filed comment/opposition to petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration.

Evaluation of the arguments raised in the motion shows that they are mere reiterations or restatements of the arguments which have already been considered and found unconvincing in the Decision. There are no substantial or compelling arguments to justify a reversal or modification of our Decision.

WHEREFORE, the Motion for Reconsideration of petitioner and the Motion for Partial Reconsideration of private respondent ESPHIL, Inc. are DENIED for lack of merit.
