Upon due consideration of accused-appellant’s Motion for Reconsideration[1] to which Motion, plaintiff-appellee did not file a Comment,[2] this Court finds no compelling reason to reconsider its Decision[3] dated April 21, 2014 as this Court finds no new matters which were not taken into account in arriving at the Decision and/or would warrant the reversal thereof.
