ABDUCTION; PENALTY. — From the Court of First Instance of Ilocos Sur. Chanco, J.
Defendant was charged with abduction, under article 445 of the Penal Code, but was found guilty under article 446, and sentenced to one year eight months and twenty-one days of prision correccional with accessories, to pay an indemnity of P500, and to recognize and support the offspring. Judgment affirmed.
