ESTATES; ACTION BY ADMINISTRATOR; LOSS OF TITLE DEED. — From the Court of First Instance of Manila, Lobingier, J.
Action by administrator to recover certain land. No documentary evidence by either party. Defendant established the loss of the title deed and proved by the testimony of witnesses years before the trial, and had ever since been in possession. Judgment for defendant affirmed.
