ATTEMPTED RAPE. — From the Court of First Instance of Cagayan. McCabe, J.
Defendant was convicted of attempted rape of a girl sixteen years of age, and sentenced to four years and two months of prision correccional. Proofs held sufficient to sustain the findings and judgment affirmed.
