ROBBERY “EN CUADRILLA” (1906) ; AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES.—From the Court of First Instance of Nueva Ecija. The defendants were found guilty of robbery en cuadrilla, committed at night. Evidence held sufficient to sustain the judgment, which was affirmed.
