The court having regularly acquired jurisdiction of
the above-entitled cause, the appeal therein interposed by the defendant
is hereby dismissed with costs, in conformity with the order of Hon. C.
A. Imperial , Associate Justice Acting in Vacation, dated the 27th day
of June, 1934. The costs amount to P24.00 for the collection of which
the trial Judge shall proceed by summary proceedings.
It is further ordered that the record be remanded to the Court of First Instance of Camarines Norte.
