This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction
of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,
after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision
and order for judgment having been filed on the 26th day of June, A. D.
nineteen hundred and thirty-four;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed
that so much of the judgment of the trial court as awards the parcel of
land in dispute to oppositor and appellee is hereby reversed and the
entire tract sought to be registered by applicant, be so registered.
Costs in both instances against the appellee.
It is further ordered that the appellant recover from the appellee the sum of P85.00 as costs.
