above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after
consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and

By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of _________Nueva Ecija__________, dated the__________9th______________

and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is
hereby, modified and Macaria Aguilar is ordered to immediately transfer
one-third undivided interest of the land covered by original
certificate title No. 17916 to Eduarda Aguilar, married to Severino
Carmen and one-third undivided interest to Angel Aguilar, each
one-third so conveyed subject to a lien of P258.43 in favor of Macaris
Aguilar, both in payable in demand.
