This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction
for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for
decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its

By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Dipolog (Zamboanga)________, dated the __________26th__________ day of __________January____________, nineteen hundred and ___________thirty-one____________,
and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is
hereby , modified and the plaintiffs are adjudged the absolute owners
of the portion of land unlawfully detained by the defendants, as
described in paragraph 4 of the complaint, without damages and without
damages an without cost in either instance.
It is further ordered that
