On July 30, 2014, this Court issued a Resolution dismissing the appeal for non-filing of appellant’s brief. On August 8, 2014, oppositor-appellant appellant received copy of the above resolution. Hence, the last day to file motion for reconsideration is August 23, 2014.
Record shows that it was only on August 26, 2014 that a Manifestation of Regrets/Apology, Motion for Reconsideration and Motion to Admit Attached Appellant’s Brief were filed by counsel for appellant.
WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration filed by oppositor-appellant is DENIED for lack of merit and having been filed late.
