Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sitios of Bugho, Seco and Cuatro, all in the Municipality of Basey, Province of Samar, .are hereby constituted into a barrio to be known as Barrio Tingib of the same municipality.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
