For Our Resolution is petitioners’ Notice of Withdrawal[1] of their petition. During the pendency of the appeal, the parties were able to reach an amicable settlement after undergoing pre-execution conferences before the Labor Arbiter. As such, petitioners now pray for the dismissal of their petition for certiorari.
