After carefully going over the arguments put forward by private respondents in their Motion for Reconsideration[1] as well as the Comment and Opposition[2] thereto filed by petitioner, this Court finds no compelling reason to alter its previous pronouncements and rulings hereon. The said motion contains mere reiterations of the same arguments that have been thoroughly addressed and passed upon in the September 5, 2014 Decision[3] sought to be reconsidered.
