After the submission of the required pleadings, but before the case was submitted for decision, petitioners filed, on January 23, 2015, a motion to withdraw petition[1] stating that the parties had settled their differences amicably during the pre-execution conference before Labor Arbiter Thomas T. Que, Jr.; that the case was considered closed and terminated in view of the parties’ settlement of the judgment award; and, thereby praying for the withdrawal of the petition. Attached to the motion is a copy of the Omnibus Order[2] dated December 15, 2014 issued by Labor Arbiter Thomas T. Que, Jr.

WHEREFORE, petitioners’ motion to withdraw petition is GRANTED.
The petition is WITHDRAWN and the case deemed closed and terminated.
