In a Resolution[1] dated April 4, 2014, this Court required petitioners to file a comment on respondent’s Manifestation[2] dated March 28, 2014 which informed this Court that the parties have executed a Compromise Agreement[3] dated December 20, 2013 and that the Office of the Panel of Voluntary Arbitrators of the NCMB had already issued an Order[4] dated December 20, 2013 dismissing Case No. 809-NCMB-NCR-37-02-05-13 with prejudice on account of such Compromise Agreement.

On May 5, 2014, petitioners filed their Compliance[5]
wherein they confirm that they have entered into a Compromise Agreement
with respondent and accordingly moved for the dismissal of the case
before the NCMB. Petitioners likewise submitted certified true copies of
the Compromise Agreement, Release of all Rights, as well as, the Joint
Motion to Dismiss filed before the NCMB.

For his part, respondent filed a Compliance[6]
on May 7, 2014 wherein he submitted certified true copies of the
Compromise Agreement, Release of all Rights, Joint Motion to Dismiss, as
well as, the Order dated December 20, 2013 of the NCMB dismissing Case
No. 809-NCMB-NCR-37-02-05-13.

WHEREFORE, taking into account that the
parties have mutually agreed to settle the case amicably by way of a
Compromise Agreement, the instant Petition for Review is hereby DISMISSED. Accordingly, this case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
