Executive Orders January 1, 1966
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E.
MARCOS, President of the Philippines , do hereby elevate the
Presidential Assistant Community Development to the rank of a Member of a
Cabinet, with all the rights, honors and privileges pertaining to that
position.
