After a careful perusal of the Motion for Reconsideration (Rollo, pp. 98-102) filed by accused-appellant of the Decision of this Court dated September 26, 2013 (Rollo, pp. 77-90), as well as the Comment (Rollo, pp. 128-129) filed by plaintiff-appellee, the Court finds no cogent reason to amend, revise, much less reverse said Decision.
WHEREFORE, the Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit .
