This is a Motion To Withdraw Petition filed by petitioner Ferdinand A. Alcaide, alleging the following:

“1.    On 2 July 2014, petitioner and respondent Maria Teresa A. Martinez entered into a Compromise Agreement regarding the custody, visitation, and support of the minor child in SP Proc. Case No. 13-0006 entitled, “Ferdinand Alcaide vs. Ma. Teresa Martinez,” pending with the Regional Trial Court of Las Piñas City, Branch 199.

2. Paragraph 13 of said Agreement provides:

“13.  Upon receipt of the order by the Court approving this Agreement, petitioner shall withdraw the following:

a.  CA-G.R. SP No. 123786 entitled “Ferdinand A. Alcaide vs. Hon. Cesar A. Mangrobang, et al.” before the Court of Appeals; and

b.  Civil Case No. 6147-13 entitled “Ferdinand A. Alcaide vs. Maria Teresa A. Martinez” before the Regional Trial Court of Imus, Cavite, Branch 20.”

3. On 21 July 2014, petitioner received the Order dated 2 July 2014 of the RTC-Las Pinas, Branch 199 approving said Compromise Agreement.^[1]

4. Thus, pursuant to the parties’ Compromise Agreement, petitioner respectfully moves for the withdrawal of his Petition for Certiorari under Rule 65 of the Rules of Court with Application for the Issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order and/or Writ of Preliminary Injunction dated 15 March 2012 before this Honorable Court.”

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the Motion To Withdraw Petition is GRANTED.   This case is CLOSED and TERMINATED.
