AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF£OURT OF THE CITIES OF ANGELES AND SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA, AND THE MUNICIPALITIES OF GUAGUA AND MACABEB…
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in
coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will
conduct a one and a half-day JURIS Mediation Program Orientation and
Workshop for Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the
Cities of Angeies and San Fernando, Pampanga; and the Municipalities of
Guagua and Macabebe, to be held on 13 and 14 September 2005 at the San
Fernando Provincial Social Hall, San Fernando Provincial Compound, City
of San Fernando, Pampanga.
The following judges, clerks of court and branch clerks of court, are required to attend and participate in the workshop:

The attendance of the participants in the orientation and workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
The participating Judges should see to it that their
respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of
their participation in the orientation and workshop, and that the
parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
Formal business attire is required. No companion or substitution of participants shall be allowed.
Any communications relating to the workshop should be
