DECLARING MONDAY, 07 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF STO. TOMAS, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, on 07 September 2026, Monday, the City of Sto. Tomas, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its Cityhood Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sto.Tomas be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare 07 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Sto. Tomas, Province of Batangas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
