TAKING ACTION ON CELLULAR PHONE COMPLAINTS
body that exercises jurisdiction over the supervision, adjudication and
control over all telecommunications services throughout the country;
WHEREAS, the Commission on Information and Communications Technology
(CICT) is the primary policy, planning, coordinating, implementing,
regulating and administrative entity of the Government for the
promotion, development and regulation of cost-efficient communication
facilities and services;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the
Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by
law, do hereby order:
SECTION 1. The NTC and CICT are hereby instructed to act on cellular phone complaints from dropped calls to disappearing loads.
SECTION 2. This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
