DECLARING THE THIRD WEEK OF DECEMBER OF EACH YEAR AS AVIATION WEEK

In order to make the people appreciate the vital
role of aviation in the progress and security of the nation, I, Elpidio
Quirino, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by
law, do hereby declare the third week of December of each year as Civil
Aviation Week.

I enjoin all government officials and employees
and all citizens of the Philippines to lend their full assistance and
cooperation in the appropriate observance of this week.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 5th day of
November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-two, and of the
Independence of the .Philippines, the seventh.
