SECTION II of Administrative Order No. 3 is hereby modified and shall henceforth read as follows:
1. Designate of the Office of the President – Chairman 2. Designate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Member 3. Designate of the Commission on Audit – Member 4. Philippine Ambassador to Japan – Member
This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
