REVISED FEES FOR SEMINAR ON LICENSING OF DRUG ESTABLISHMENTS
National Administrative Register January 3, 1989 [ BFAD CIRCULAR NO. 2, S. 2005, January 10, 2005 ]
Pursuant to the provisions of R.A. 3720 (Foods, Drugs and Devices and Cosmetic Act) and DOH Administrative Order No. 56 s. 1989 dated 3 January 1989, a series of seminars on Licensing of Drug Establishments had been scheduled for C.Y. 2005.
Accordingly, revised fees have been implemented to accommodate the overhead expenses of the Bureau, to wit:
ESTABLISHMENT SEMINAR FEE Distributors and Drug Outlets P600.00 (whole day)
The Circular takes effect immediately and until sooner revoked.
