NEW LINE HANDLING RATES FOR DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN VESSELS
National Administrative Register [ PPA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 58-99, December 06, 1999 ]
In order to rationalize the service rates of line handling and
ensure its strict implementation at any port under the jurisdiction of
the Authority, Section 4.2 of PPA MC 29-99 is hereby amended and the
following line handling (making fast and letting go lines) rates are
prescribed:

III. Conditions |

| 1. Charging of the above rates shall be on a per vessel per call basis | ||||
| 2. All other provisions of PPA MC 29-99 not included herein shall continue to be enforced. | ||||
| 3. All PPA Circulars and other issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or amended accordingly. | ||||
| 4. This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication. | ||||
