SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF G.M. TIONGCO CONSTRUCTION, INCORPORATED
CONSTRUCTION, INC. for the restoration of Loay Interior Road, km. 55 +
474.5 to Km. 73+597, with exception, the said construction firm and its
officer/stockholders are suspended effective immediately for a period of
one (1) year from participating in any bidding or entering into any
contract with the Department and its line agencies.
In addition, since G.M. TIONGCO CONSTRUCTION, INC. is liable under
Clause 100 of the DPWH Standard Specifications 1988 and PD 1870 for the
total daily penalty up to and including the date Government effectively
took over the works and excess costs by the Government effectively took

the contract either by administration or reletting the same, over the
contract price, including the cost of supervision and inspection, all
concerned are hereby ordered not to release any sum of money to the firm
unless and until these obligations are fully settled.
