Under consideration is defendants-appellants’ Motion to Withdraw Notice of Appeal[1] dated 27 October 2014 averring that after reviewing the records of the instant case, the handling Solicitor realized that the order granting the partial summary judgment does not fully dispose of the case, thereby making the filing thereof premature.
