The motion for partial reconsideration filed by defendant-appellant shows that the issues and arguments raised are mere rehash of those already resolved and given due consideration by this Court, thus, no new or substantial matter was presented to justify a modification or reversal of the assailed decision dated January 28, 2014.
WHEREFORE, the motion for partial reconsideration is denied for lack of merit.
