Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of SM-San Lazaro Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (SM-SLTODA), Inc., to read as follows:
“SM-SAN LAZARO TRICYCLE OPERATORS
AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION
(SM-SLTODA), INC.Loading and Unloading Areas
- From Felix Huertas Street near the corner of Tayabas Street (Northbound lane), to Felix Huertas Street corner Vertex Road
- Felix Huertas Street corner Laguna Street
- Felix Huertas Street corner MJC Drive”
SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of SM-San Lazaro Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:
“ASSOCIATION R.M.C. SM-San Lazaro
Tricycle Operators and
Drivers Association, Inc.
(SM-SLTODA)150 Units
ROUTE
The authorized route line of operation shall begin in the area of Felix Huertas St. – Tomas Mapua St. – Oroquieta St. – Bambang St. – Quiricada St. – Fugoso St. – Masangkay St. and vice versa”.
SEC. 3. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on February 16, 2016.
