DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, BILIRAN
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval, Biliran, be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 23, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Biliran, to be known as “Pueblo Day”.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
