The following Officers and Members of the Board of Directors of the First Level Clerks of Court of the Philippines (FLECCAP) took their oath of office before Chief Justice Reynato S. Puno on July 3, 2008 , to wit:

In connection therewith, the attendance of the above-named personnel is considered on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.
