Pursuant to BOA Resolution No. 303, s. 2010 dated December 15, 2010 the aforesaid guidelines has been revoked and in lieu thereof the BOA has approved the adoption of a policy that “posting in the area and publication on a newspaper of nationwide circulation of cancelled cooperatives shall be enough in order to satisfy the procedural requirements in the revocation of registration of cancelled cooperatives pursuant to Art. 144 of RA 9520
