Before Us is petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration[1] of Our Decision dated August 28, 2014 affirming the Decision dated August 30, 2013 and Resolution dated October 31, 2013 of public respondent in NLRC NCR-08-11937-12/NLRC LAC-05-001552-13, against which private respondents filed their Comment/Opposition[2] thereto.

We have reviewed at length the arguments of petitioner in the aforesaid Motion and We did not find new grounds nor bases sufficient to compel modification or reversal of the challenged Decision.
WHEREFORE, petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
