In a Minute Resolution[1] dated 16 August 2013, this Court directed petitioner Michael A. Dolera, within five (5) days from notice, to submit certified true copy of the assailed Judgment dated 8 March 2013 of the Regional Trial Court of Labo, Camarines Norte, Branch 64.

This Court sent a letter tracer[2] dated 30 October 2013 to the Postmaster of Camarines Norte regarding the mail matter sent to Atty. Avelino D. M. Basco, counsel for petitioner.

In the Reply,[3] the Postmaster informed this Court that a copy of this Court’s Minute Resolution dated 16 August 2013 was received by Atty. Basco through a certain John Saludes.

To date, no compliance has been filed by Atty. Basco with this Court’s Minute Resolution dated 16 August 2013 despite receipt thereof.

ACCORDINGLY, for failure to comply with the Court’s 16 August 2013 Minute Resolution, the instant Petition for Review filed under Rule 42 of the Rules of Court is hereby DISMISSED. This case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
