WHEREFORE, premises considered, the instant petition is DISMISSED. The assailed Order, 22 June 2009, issued by the Regional Trial Court, 12th Judicial Region, Branch 24, Midsayap Cotabato City in Civil Case No. 04-011 is hereby AFFIRMED.

This resolves the Motion for Reconsideration3 filed by the petitioners assailing the said 28 June 2013 Decision
After a careful perusal of the the petitioners’ Motion for Reconsideration[3] We find that the said Motion fails to advance any argument to convince Us to reconsider and set aside Our 28 June 2013 Decision. The arguments raised by the petitioners in the said Motion have already been passed upon and discussed in the assailed Decision.
Accordingly, the Motion for Reconsideration filed by the petitioners is hereby DENIED.
