The Cebu Court Appointed Special Advocate/Guardian Ad Litem Volunteers’ Association, Inc. Cebu (CASA/GAL) will conduct a dialogue and an activity on October 22, 2010 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Casino Espanol de Cebu, V. Ranudo St., Cebu City.

The following Judges are hereby authorized to attend the said dialogue on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearing, to wit:
