Please be informed that the Commission in its meeting held on January 13, 2004, after due deliberation, resolved to amend PR 64.E BLEEDERS.

1st Offense – Indefinite suspension with Veterinary Clearance and One (1) Barrier Trial 2nd Offense – Thirty (30) days suspension with Veterinary Clearance and One (1) Barrier Trial 3rd & Succeeding Offense – Thirty (30) days suspension with Veterinary Clearance and Two (2) Barrier Trials This rule shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication.
