Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and nineteen, entitled “An Act to regulate the private practice privileges of the physicians in the Government service attached to hospitals under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Health Service” is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
