AMENDMENT BY ADDITION TO THE RULE SSECTION 27.2 ASSIGNING OF WEIGHTS BEFORE DECLARATION DURING INVITATIONAL/STAKES RACES, AND SECTION 8.6B — DUTIES OF CLUB HANDICAPPERS
Please be advised that the
Commission in its meeting held on June 21, 2002, after due deliberation,
resolved to amend the Rules by adding SECTION 27.2 and SECTION 8.6 B
par. (6) of the Horseracing Rules and Regulations which will read as follows:
“SECTION 27.2 ASSIGNING OF WEIGHTS BEFORE DECLARATION DURING INVITATIONAL/STAKES RACES.
It shall be the
responsibility of the club handicapper to assign weights to all
participating horses in all invitational/stakes races prior to the
declaration of entries.Failure to comply with this provision, the club handicapper shall be penalized by a fine not exceeding P5,000.00 and/or suspension of his license at the discretion of the Commission.”

6. to assign weights to all participating horses in all invitational/stakes races prior to the declaration of entries.
This rules shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication.
