BALTAZAR-PADILLA, J.:

On May 19, 2014, a Manifestation was filed by private respondent alleging, inter alia, that she already agreed with the petitioner to settle her monetary claims at a reduced amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) in consideration of which she executed Release, Waiver and Quitclaim attached as Annex “A” to her Manifestation.

On September 15, 2014, a Minute Resolution was issued by this Court referring the private respondent’s Manifestation to petitioner for comment.

On February 26, 2015, Comment with Motion to Withdraw Petition for Certiorari was filed by petitioner. In the said Comment with Motion, petitioner affirms the amicable settlement between the parties submitting to this Court copy of the NLRC Order dated April 7, 2014 declaring the case between the parties closed and terminated.

In view thereof, petitioner manifests that it is withdrawing the instant petition.

WHEREFORE, on account of the foregoing, this petition is considered WITHDRAWN and the case is declared CLOSED and TERMINATED.
