dated 06 September 2013 directing herein petitioners to rectify, within
five (5) days from notice, the defects found in the instant petition.
Thereafter, counsel for herein petitioners filed a Motion for
Extension of Time to Comply With Resolution dated 06 September 2013[2]
praying for fifteen (15) days from 04 October 2013 or until 19 October
2013 within which to rectify the defects of the instant petition, which
was granted by this Court in a Resolution[3] dated 04 November 2013.
On 21 October 2013, herein petitioners requested anew for an
extension of ten (10) days from 21 October 2013 or until 31 October 2013
within which to file their compliance,[4] which was once again granted by this Court in a Resolution dated 18 November 2013.[5]
Thereafter, in a Resolution dated 13 December 2013, this Court
required herein petitioners to show cause why the instant petition
should not be dismissed for failure to comply with Court’s Resolution
dated 06 September 2013.[6]
However, despite receipt by petitioner’s counsel of the 13 December 2013 Resolution,[7] no compliance has been made thereto as per verification of the Judicial Records Division dated 11 March 2014.[8]
WHEREFORE, for failure to comply with this
Court’s Resolutions dated 06 September 2013 and 13 December 2013
respectively the instant petition is hereby DISMISSED.
