REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 448, SERIES OF 1932, AND DECLARING THE LAND RESERVED THEREUNDER OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND LAW

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of Section 88 of
Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 448,
series of 1932, and declare the land reserved thereunder open to disposition
under the provisions of the said Act.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Manila, this 3^rd
day of September in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-seven, and
of the Independence of the Philippines, the second.
