AN ACT CONVERTING THE BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL AT BARANGAY BINUCAYAN, LORETO, AGUSAN DEL SUR INTO A NATIONAL GOVERNMENT-FUNDED SECONDARY SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE BINUCAYAN NATIONAL…
SECTION 1. The barangay high school at Barangay Binucayan, Municipality of Loreto, Province of Agusan del Sur is hereby converted into a regular secondary school under the control and supervision of the national government through the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
SEC. 2. This school shall be known officially as the Binucayan National High School.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
