For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 26 January 2016 in Administrative Case No. 9615, entitled “Gloria P. Jinon vs. Atty. Leonardo E. Jiz,” to wit:
The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to LIFT the order of suspension from the practice of law imposed on Atty. Leonardo E. Jiz in the Decision dated March 5, 2013, and ALLOW him to resume his practice of law.
