SUBMISSION OF DATA RE JUDICIAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING NEEDS OF JUDGES OF THE LOWER COURTS |
In line With the objective of the Office of the
Court Administrator that judges of the lower courts be provided with
capability-building and skills-enhancing programs that are relevant and
responsive to their needs as adjudicators and administrators, all judges
are hereby directed to submit to this Office a list of topics which
they feel should be covered by judicial education activities and
training sessions. The list should be transmitted to the OCA not later
than June 30, 2006.
