Ignacio from the Del Rosario & Del Rosario Law Offices stating, among others, that the “parties have entered into a full and final amicable settlement of this case,” as shown by the Release of All Rights,[2] Pagpapaubaya ng Lahat ng Karapatan[3] and Receipt of Payment[4] attached thereto as Annexes “A”, “B” and “C”, respectively, as prayed for by the parties, the aboveentitled case is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice and without pronouncement as to costs.
