DECLARING THURSDAY, APRIL 21, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS, the City of Calamba will be celebrating its 4th year anniversary as a city on April 21, 2005;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calamba, Province of Laguna be given full opportunity to participate in the various activities lined-up for the occasion.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, April 21, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Calamba, Province of Laguna.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
